About

As a pharmaceutical researcher specializing in formulation, I have developed extensive expertise in the design and characterization of lipids formulations for mRNA/siRNA delivery. My research focuses on utilizing the zebrafish model to explore the targeting mechanism of peptide-modified liposomes. My work also examines the impact of shielding lipids, polysarcosine, on the biodistribution and transfection efficacy of lipoplexes. Additionally, I investigate how different preparation methods and the compositions of cationic and ionizable lipids influence lipoplexes efficacy.
